Sig-Nurture was set up in 1994 and incorporated as Sig-Nurture Ltd. in 2003. Our aim is to provide a professional and timely service, tailored to each client’s requirements. Specialist areas of expertise include analysing and interpreting scientific data, communicating results and compiling reviews and articles.

Sigrid has degrees in Natural Sciences (BA Hons, MA) from Cambridge University and an MSc in Human Nutrition from London University. She is a Registered Public Health Nutritionist with the Nutrition Society and a member of the Association for the Study of Obesity and the American Society of Nutrition.
She has over 25 years’ experience in nutritional science, working with government agencies, the food industry and universities. Sigrid is first author of over 30 scientific publications on nutrition. She is a founder member of the freelance nutrition consultants’ group, SENSE.
